Vintage S.S New Amsterdam First Class Only Teak Wood Cruise Line Deck Chair. Vintage Patina, many years of enjoyment left just needs a little love (no cracks in the wood)! This is an original deckchair from the passenger liner S.S. NEW AMSTERDAM ofthe Holland-America line, now owned by Carnival. I inherited this chair from my grandfather. From the best I could learn, the S.S. NEW AMSTERDAM was in service from the late 1890's through the mid 1940's, or perhaps 1950's. All hardware is made of brass. Shipping is the buyers responsibility to arrange. We recommend a freight company that will pick up the piece and take it from there.
